Lead Behavior Support Services Clinician

Position Summary

The Lead BSS Clinician provides clinical oversight, operational coordination, and quality assurance for the Behavioral Support Services (BSS) program. This position provides clinical leadership, ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services, supports staff development, and monitors program effectiveness and compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Lead BSS Clinician serves as a billable service provider, maintaining an active clinical caseload and delivering direct services as appropriate. The position reports directly to the Vice President.
