Previous experience working with children is preferred. Must be comfortable working with students who have special needs or learning difficulties Positive attitude and a commitment to having fun at work Year-round availability (not a summer job) Ability to work weekend mornings and weekday afternoons. MUST be able to work at least one day on the weekends.

Reliable transportation to various locations in our area Provide references; reference checks required prior to employment As a swim instructor you will: Teach students of all ages following the British Swim School aquatics program Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Assist students in overcoming challenges and building confidence in the water Participate in regular training and professional development to improve teaching techniques and stay up-to-date on the latest swimming best practices Current West Seattle Location Hours: Sunday 8:45am-1:15pm Monday 4:15pm-7pm Tuesday 9:45am-1:30pm Tuesday 3:45pm-7pm Wednesday 3:45pm-7pm Thursday 3:45pm-7pm.

Additional hours available at our Burien Location on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
