Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service and building a positive reputation for our company.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, or live chat. Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Provide information and educate customers about our products and services. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering loyalty.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to offer accurate advice. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams. Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry developments.
