Regional Category Manager Traded Goods - EMEA

Lead sourcing activities for traded product categories across EMEA and influence key commercial decisions through strategic supplier management, category expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role offers regional responsibility and direct impact on business performance. Your Tasks Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies for assigned product categories Align consolidated business demand with commercial, quality, service, and supply requirements Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and development activities across the EMEA region Manage RFI and RFP processes and negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers Consolidate current and future requirements from multiple sites and stakeholders Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, renewals, rebates, and contractual amendments Define supplier performance KPIs, monitor results, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Provide forecasting, reporting, savings analyses, and supplier risk assessments to support business decisions Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Three to five years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a comparable commercial role Experience within manufacturing & supply chain management environments Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices Proven experience in supplier selection, competitive bidding, and contract negotiations Proficiency in SAP and the ability to analyse commercial and supplier performance data Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Fluent in English and willing to travel as required Our Offer Armacell offers a competitive salary package according to your experience and skillset Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths Respectful and inclusive work culture in an international environment Integration Events (Family day, Global Armacell Day) Hybrid working model (3/2 – office/home) Luxmed – Medical Care Package Multisports Card Life Insurance … #LI-Hybrid #LI-AH1 Time Type: Full time
