This role plays a key part in ensuring MES solutions deliver measurable business value across multiple sites.

Your Tasks Translate business strategy into measurable outcomes, capabilities and success criteria for MES initiatives Develop and maintain manufacturing capability maps and future-state business architectures Identify capability gaps, dependencies and impacts across MES and related digital initiatives Lead requirements gathering, process mapping and business analysis workshops Convert operational requirements into functional specifications and user stories Support MES configuration, integration, implementation and validation activities Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including test design, execution and defect resolution Create architecture artefacts, traceability documentation, training materials and governance documentation Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline Proven experience in business architecture, business analysis or process architecture roles Strong expertise in capability modelling, process mapping, requirements management and gap analysis Experience working within complex digital transformation or enterprise technology programmes Understanding of manufacturing environments and operational business processes Exposure to MES implementations and ERP/MES integration, ideally including SAP Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions Fluent English communication skills in an international environment Our Offer Close collaboration with manufacturing, digitalisation, enterprise architecture and IT teams Exposure to complex global manufacturing and digital transformation initiatives Temporary role until 31 July 2027 , with the possibility of extension Armacell offers a competitive salary package according to your experience and skillset Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths Respectful and inclusive work culture in an international environment Integration Events (Family day, Global Armacell Day) Hybrid working model (3/2 – office/home) Luxmed – Medical Care Package Multisports Card Life Insurance … #LI-Hybrid #LI-AH1 Time Type: Full time
