Junior Accounts Payable Specialist

In this role you will support accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring smooth vendor payments and reliable accounting operations within an international finance environment.

Your Tasks Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts Enter, upload, and maintain invoice data in the accounting system Support the review and processing of employee expense claims Monitor accounts payable balances and ensure payments are up to date Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies Support the accounts payable team with administrative tasks and compliance activities Your Profile High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in accounting or a related field is an advantage Initial experience or foundational knowledge of accounts payable or accounting processes Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when processing financial data Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and support their resolution Structured and organised working style with effective time management skills Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal and external stakeholders Fluent Polish and English language skills at a minimum B2 level Our Offer Armacell offers opportunities for personal development and a competitive salary package according to your experience and skillset Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths Respectful and inclusive work culture in an international environment Integration Events (Family day, Global Armacell Day) Hybrid working model (3/2 – office/home) Luxmed – Medical Care Package Multisports Card Life Insurance … #LI-Hybrid #LI-AH1 Time Type: Full time
