MEC Plus Advantage Plan/Dental/Vision/Supplemental Coverage with Reliance Standard Paid Holiday for Full Time/Part Time – Upon hire Paid Time Off for Full Time/Part Time – 6 Months of Service Nationwide employee stay discounts for hotel brand Responsibilities: Maintain the bar area, including property readiness and an organized, well-stocked setup Order and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily event needs Provide friendly, accurate point-of-sale service; receive payments, make change as needed, verify charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed Promote and prepare drink selections, documenting orders for cocktails and other beverages while following standard ingredient recipes Present drinks with attention to detail and a consistent guest-first approach

Pay: $13 - $13 per hour

Requirements

Provide friendly, professional service to internal and external guests, using patience, tact, and diplomacy to de-escalate concerns and resolve issues.; Collect accurate information and take appropriate actions to address guest needs and concerns.; Follow direction and established procedures consistently and accurately.

; Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment.; Have bartending experience.; Hotel experience preferred but not required.; Use a keyboard and POS system to pre-check orders and close out guest checks accurately.; Continuously stand or walk for 95% of the scheduled shift.
