Operations Manager

Job Summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee front desk operations and help ensure every guest has a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will lead with a customer-first mindset, support a high-performing team, and help keep daily hotel operations running efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Develop and apply service recovery guidelines that resolve issues quickly and deliver complete guest satisfaction. Coach, support, and grow front office staff by creating a motivating environment, providing training, and encouraging career advancement. Assist the General Manager with developing, implementing, and monitoring financial and operational plans that support company goals.

Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned, ensuring smooth operations during your shift.

Pay: $45000 - $50000 per year

Requirements

2+ years of hotel or hospitality leadership experience with proven leadership and problem-solving skills.; Strong interpersonal skills and clear, professional written and verbal communication.; Working knowledge of hotel software systems, property management systems, and basic reporting tools.; Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

; Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience with operations leadership.; Experience managing day-to-day hotel operations and coordinating teams to deliver guest satisfaction.
