Office Automation Assisstant

You will serve as a OFFICE AUTOMATION ASSISTANT in the RECRUIT TRAINING COMMAND.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Creating spreadsheets, graphics, and database documents and performing a substantial range of functions to enter, manipulate and retrieve work;
2. Utilizing knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and general terminology necessary to prepare documents from handwritten drafts into final form;
3. Processing forms and requests used in various office support tasks, such as time and attendance and office supply requisitioning; and
4. Reading and interpreting general procedural guidelines, including software user manuals, correspondence procedures, and style manuals.
