Accounting Manager – Japanese Trading Company (Hybrid)

Job Description Manage accounting team and oversee daily operation Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and reconcile subledgers Review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations Prepare and analyze various monthly financial reports Prepare quarterly consolidation package Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Ensure timely filing of Sales, Income and Other taxes working with external advisors Gather necessary information from subsidiaries and affiliates for group tax filing Support year-end audit by preparing various schedules and eliminating journal entries Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and timely reporting Maintain a positive working environment that reflects the company's values Qualification Bachelor's degree in accounting Previous public accounting experience Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory role and/or CPA designation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated accounting systems Excellent time and project management skills Salary: $90000 - $150000 per year
