Our Packaging Specialists play a key role: they make sure every job leaves our facility on time and looking its best. What You’ll Do Collect printed materials from packaging equipment and handle them with care Inspect work for quality and accuracy, and sort it to job and client specs Stack, wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment Keep accurate records of materials and finished products, and help track inventory Spot and flag quality issues quickly Work closely with press operators and the packaging team to keep production moving Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area Pitch in on other tasks as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions Mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination A sharp eye for detail and pride in doing the job right Good communication skills and a team-player attitude Why Join Us Stability with Momentum: Join a stable, growing industry leader with over 80 years of operational excellence.

• Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm The Work Environment This is an active, indoor production role. You’ll stand, walk, or sit for several hours at a time and lift up to 40 lbs. You’ll also bend and reach around machinery, operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, and do repetitive hand work. The floor can be loud, with vibration and moving mechanical parts nearby. You’ll also use solvents, oils, and cleaning chemicals as part of equipment upkeep.
