Responsibilities

Provide structured coaching, joint-fieldwork, and mentoring to the sales team to enhance bancassurance advisory capabilities and sales productivity. Design and deliver training programs on insurance products, financial planning concepts, and sales techniques. Partner with branch leaders and segment heads to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching solutions.

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Ensure all sales processes and coaching activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. Promote the adoption of digital advisory tools to enhance the customer journey and sales efficiency.

Requirements

Degree holder or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field. Significant experience in bancassurance sales, financial planning, or sales coaching within the financial services sector. Deep understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

Possess relevant industry certifications in insurance and financial advisory. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate sales data into actionable coaching plans.
