In Group Tech, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end release deployments, including planning, testing, production readiness, and cutover activities. Coordinate with application, development, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver releases on schedule. Execute deployments, change requests, and release activities in compliance with bank policies and standards.

Support UAT and release environments, including installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Automate build and deployment processes using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Jira. Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines. Support code quality and security scanning tools including SonarQube, Fortify, and OSS scanning solutions.

Perform patch management, environment support, and production release activities.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Release Management, Application Support, or related technology roles. Experience in banking or financial services environments is preferred. Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, source control, and deployment automation.

Familiarity with infrastructure platforms, information security concepts, and production support environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
