Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the Kelapa Gading area. Provide personalized financial advisory and wealth management solutions based on clients' financial goals and risk profiles. Acquire new-to-bank clients through active prospecting and referrals. Collaborate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive investment, insurance, and treasury solutions.

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies. Deliver excellent client service to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in relationship management within the financial services or wealth management sector. Strong understanding of wealth management products, including mutual funds, bancassurance, and structured products. Relevant financial certifications are highly advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
