Scrum Master (Product Owner – G360) Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite, 5 days/week) Employment Type: Full‑Time Work Mode: Onsite, Abu Dhabi (mandatory 5 days/week). Shift Type: Day. Interview Process: 3 technical rounds via video. Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (or serving notice). Mandatory: Valid passport & willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives in a fast‑paced airline environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong execution mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience working with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives. Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning. Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies. Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery. Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide executive‑level status reporting.

Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams while maintaining delivery focus. Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.

Required Skills

& Experience 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master. Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance. Excellent ownership, execution, and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills. Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.

Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
