Compliance Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the Compliance Analyst supports HFC’s multi-brand franchise system by conducting systemwide audits of franchisee activity, evaluating operational compliance, identifying areas of risk, and working directly with franchisees to implement corrective actions to ensure brand integrity.

This role works cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and the Training teams to promote consistent brand standards, mitigate compliance risks, and maintain positive franchisor-franchisee relationships.
