F&B Manager

Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth and efficient service. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of quality products at competitive prices. Monitor inventory levels and control costs to minimize waste and optimize resources. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance for senior management.

Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote F&B offerings and special events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.

Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
