IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager to lead the technological evolution of our internal environment, ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of the systems that support our business.

This role will play a key part in managing our technology infrastructure, driving the adoption of innovative solutions, and implementing digital transformation and automation initiatives that enhance the employee experience and improve organisational efficiency.

What You'll Do

Define and implement the organisation's technology strategy; Ensure the security, availability, and efficiency of the technology infrastructure; Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and other enterprise platforms; Coordinate technology partners, suppliers, and service providers; Support internal teams in identifying solutions that increase productivity and operational efficiency; Oversee infrastructures and platforms supporting the organisation's SaaS products; Ensure best practices in security, privacy, governance, and compliance, including requirements related to ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards; Manage IT equipment, user access, software licences, and technology assets; Promote the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
