Human Capital Development Senior Consultant

At ISQe, for more than 25 years, we have been innovating in the development of talent management solutions that combine technology, innovation, and people — and we are now looking to strengthen our team with a Human Capital Development Senior Consultant. We are looking for a Human Capital Development Senior Consultant to join our team and contribute to HR transformation projects for both national and international clients.

Your main responsibilities will include: Participating in career architecture and competency framework projects; Supporting the design and implementation of Job Architectures and Job Families; Leading Talent Review, Talent Assessment, and Talent Mapping processes; Developing talent assessment and development models and tools; Supporting the implementation of onboarding and employee experience programs; Participating in succession planning and career management projects; Facilitating workshops, focus groups, and working sessions with clients; Preparing project documentation and executive-level presentations; Supporting project management activities and engaging with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
