AC Engineer - KCL

Job Role: AC Engineer Location: Kings College London – working across x3 campuses Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Start Date: Immediately Duration: Permanent Reporting Too: Engineering Manager -------------------------------- Artic Building Services Ltd is an established and recognised leader within the M&E and Facilities Management sector.

• Completed applicable apprenticeship and possess relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications. Including up to date Safe Handling (2079)
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
• Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF, VRVS, AHU’s, Coldroom’s and Specialist Refrigeration
• Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork
• Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
• Positive attitude “can do will do”.
• Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
• Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales
• Provide technical support to administration staff as required. Job Duties:
• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
• Provide Further works reports where required
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
• Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
