We’re looking for a dedicated Business Assistant to join our patient-focused team! If you enjoy helping patients, thrive in a team environment, and have a passion for dental care and customer service, we’d love to meet you!

Your Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7 AM–4 PM What We’re Looking For 1-3 yrs Dental or medical administrative experience Knowledge of dental procedures and treatment plan presentation Experience explaining treatment options and financial arrangements to patients Dental insurance knowledge preferred Familiarity with CDT codes preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills What You’ll Do Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out.

Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments. Answer phones and respond to patient questions. Verify dental insurance benefits, including deductibles, annual maximums, copayments, and coverage limitations. Present treatment estimates and explain patient financial responsibilities. Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.

Collect payments, answer billing questions, and assist with financial arrangements. Maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidential information.
