Your Team You will be based in Casablanca , working under the guidance of the Head of the Bid Unit , part of the Executive Commercial Directorate .

Our multicultural Bid Unit includes professionals located in Brussels (Belgium), Colombo (Sri Lanka), and Nanterre (France) .

Your Role

Responsibilities

As a Junior Bid Manager , you’ll play a key role in identifying, preparing, and managing responses to international tenders. You will support the growth of our project portfolio and strengthen our client and partner relationships. Commercial Activities Monitor upcoming tenders and funding opportunities Research project background information and conduct market analyses Draft Expressions of Interest and Pre-Qualification documents Assist in the preparation of technical and financial proposals Support the production and formatting of high-quality bid documentation Help identify and liaise with external consultants and freelance experts Prepare and format CVs and administrative compliance documents Assist in managing and developing strategic partnerships Reporting Coordination Maintain and update commercial reports and tender tracking systems Organize and manage internal bid documentation libraries and databases Participate in technical meetings and internal knowledge-sharing events Ensure thorough document quality checks before submission to clients
