SFE Specialist/Assistant

Within the Intertropical Africa team, we are looking for an SFE Data Specialist Assistant to help enhance sales effectiveness, performance management, and the quality of operational support provided to both our field teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Force Effectiveness Data Structure, analyze, and leverage commercial data to support business decisions. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools. Support sales teams in monitoring their activities and sales forecasts. Track the performance of agents and distributors through relevant KPIs.

Contribute to the implementation and administration of the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and regular updates. Market Analysis Business Support Conduct market analyses to identify growth and development opportunities. Produce studies and business insights to support commercial decision-making. Contribute to the launch of new products and the expansion into new markets.

Administrative Support Coordination Manage administrative follow-up of commercial activities (customer contracts, agent agreements, commercial policies, etc.) Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams on related administrative processes. Provide backup support for all activities handled by the Site Assistant. Communication Events Support the organization of trade shows, seminars, customer visits, and other events.

Design and distribute internal and external communication materials. Contribute to the management and animation of digital communication channels.
