Patient Services Medical Assistant

The Patient Services Medical Assistant (PSMA) works to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by supporting the clinic with front and back-office tasks.  This role will direct incoming calls to ensure they are transferred to the appropriate contact within the clinic and assist patients with scheduling and re-scheduling healthcare appointments.

The scheduled work hours are Tuesday

• Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (lunch 12 - 1 PM) and Saturday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (lunch 12 - 1 PM).
