Peer Recovery Support Specialist, Women's Justice Team

The Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) provides peer support services, based on an individualized, recovery-focused service philosophy that allows individuals the opportunity to learn to manage their own recovery and advocacy process. This position is based at the Women's Justice Team, a substance use and mental health outpatient program for female-identified individuals at risk of further entanglement with the criminal legal system.

Required: Peer Recovery Support Specialist certified or eligible. Personal experience with active recovery in substance use and mental health. Personal experience with criminal legal system-involvement and trauma history preferred.
