Junior Graphic Designer - Events - Freelance

4-month contract Own visa required Dubai About Our Client Our client is a leading name in the Events industry, delivering a large-scale, high-profile events in the UAE. As they build out their core team, they are looking for experienced, hands-on specialists who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Role Overview Our client is looking for a young, creative Junior Graphic Designer to support their team and help shape the event's visual identity across both 2D and 3D applications. This is a hands-on role suited to a designer with solid experience in events who can move fluidly between print, digital, and spatial design under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Design 2D collateral including campaign assets, event signage, print materials, and digital creative. Support 3D visual requirements where relevant, such as environmental, spatial, or wayfinding design assets Translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-quality visual output across all touchpoints. Work closely with the Marketing, communications and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.

Manage multiple design requests concurrently, often to tight deadlines. Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production.

Requirements

2-3 years' design experience, ideally within live and experiential events. Demonstrated 2D and 3D design capability, with a strong portfolio required. Experience designing for large-scale events, brand campaigns, or spatial/environmental design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, In. Design essential; After Effects a plus).

Working knowledge of 3D/spatial design tools such as Sketch. Up, Cinema 4D, or AutoCAD for wayfinding and environmental layouts. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to brand guidelines.
