Freelance Production Manager – Technical & CAD

This is a remote position. We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to support the technical planning and delivery of a major upcoming event in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus heavily on production planning, technical coordination and CAD , working across technical plans, suppliers and site requirements through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Own production planning and technical coordination. Produce, review and update CAD drawings, site plans and technical layouts. Coordinate staging, structures, AV, power and other technical requirements. Manage build schedules, site requirements and production timelines. Work closely with suppliers, venue teams and internal stakeholders.

Support onsite build, live delivery and breakdown.

Requirements

Strong Production Management experience across large-scale events. Strong CAD capability is essential. Good understanding of event infrastructure and technical production. Confident coordinating technical suppliers and stakeholders. Previous experience working across major Abu Dhabi venues is highly preferred. Available ASAP - 3 month contract
