Custodian Building Lead in Byron Center Public Schools - Full-Time, 2nd Shift

GRBS, Inc. is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our custodial team at Byron Center Public Schools! Our building leads provide essential support in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Schedule Monday-Friday 1 weekend per month 3:00PM - 11:30PM 40 hours per week Responsibilities include Lead and coordinate custodial activities. Perform general custodial duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

Collaborate with team members and school staff to meet facility needs and schedules. Operate custodial equipment safely and efficiently. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to appropriate personnel. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Demonstrate a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old. Valid ID required. Reliable transportation to and from work.
