Manager, State Management - P&C Insurance

The Manager, State Product Management leads the profitability, growth, and market strategy for our personal uto insurance product across a multi state region. This role offers a strong blend of strategic influence and hands on leadership, directly managing 2–3 states and leading a team of state managers overseeing an additional 2–6 states.

Partnering with Field Product leadership, you’ll shape and execute state level strategies through pricing, underwriting actions, market analysis, and regulatory filings while collaborating cross functionally to continuously enhance product performance.
