Analyze recruitment performance and workforce KPIs, including fulfillment rate, onboarding, and churn.
Analyze recruitment demand, hiring capacity, and actual recruitment performance to support workforce planning.
Identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and resource allocation.

Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure reliable and consistent data flow.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor recruitment and workforce performance.
Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and improve reporting efficiency.
3–5+ years in data analytics, workforce planning, operations reporting, or similar roles.
Strong Excel/ Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, data reconciliation, validation logic).
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Close attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and challenge inconsistent data when necessary.
