Pricing Controller (Retail) - Business Development, Shopee

Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to efficiently collect, clean, and store data in relational databases. Ensure high-performance querying and optimize processing costs for sustainable data management practices. Collaborate with retail operation teams to understand business requirements and translate them into quantifiable metrics.

Develop and automate calculation logic for key metrics on a monthly and daily basis to provide timely insights. Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to visualize business metrics effectively. Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible and actionable manner for stakeholders.

Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support various business operations and identify opportunities for improvement. Generate insights that drive operational excellence and inform strategic decision-making./ Other tasks as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role, preferably within the retail industry.

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
