Education

of customers as to the workings of their heating and cooling system along with reasons and options for replacement. Key Tasks: Guide our customers through our sales process Following our sales process which includes conducting a through needs analysis through documentation of prescriptive survey Conducting a heat load calculation to provide correct equipment sizing Documentation of installation environment with pictures and videos Collection of payments and / or processing financing applications Full completion of all electronic or paper forms on a timely basis Communication with Sales Lead Coordinator, Sales Manager, Installation Manager, Installation Coordinator on customer issues, installation date and equipment need.
