Systems development experience 2–3+ years of web application development Strong understanding of solution architecture & performance Agile/Scrum development experience Proficiency in C#, Java, or PHP Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS Database experience: SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL Knowledge of ASP.NET and database modeling Nice to Have Out.
Systems Certification Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills Public sector or government project experience
