Manager/Associate Manager, Operations Optimization

· Process Improvement: Constantly analyzing and optimizing workflows, removing bottlenecks, and developing, implementing, or updating operational policies. · Financial & Performance Management: Developing budgets, tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and ensuring financial targets are met. · Strategic Planning: Translating high-level company goals into actionable, daily, or weekly operational plans. · Resource Management: Ensuring efficient use of resources, including staff scheduling, hiring, training, and inventory management. · Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaising between departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR) to ensure smooth, synchronized operations. · Risk Mitigation: Identifying and mitigating operational risks, including legal, regulatory, or capacity issues.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related discipline. · Minimum 3 years of experience in operations transformation, process improvement, or project management within banking or financial services. · Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering measurable results. · Strong knowledge of operational processes and risk management principles. · Analytical Thinking: Data analysis to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement. · Leadership & Communication: Leading teams and fostering collaboration across the organization. · Problem-Solving: Proactively addressing issues and improving efficiency under pressure. · Technical Proficiency: Using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and data tools (e.g., Excel, BI software).
