Join our dynamic Information Technology team as an IT Consultant in the Quality & ESH IT area. In this pivotal role, you will drive digital transformation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver impactful IT solutions.

Your key responsibilities are: Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within the Quality IT Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management. Lead project teams fostering teamwork Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.

Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements. Be the IT partner of choice for our business customers by taking over technical consulting and ensuring best fit IT solutions Oversee the operation, performance, and compliance of Quality applications, ensuring optimal availability and cost-efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage application lifecycle and support. Build strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to co-create strategic solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience; At least 5+ years in full-cycle IT project management Experience with Quality applications is a strong advantage Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers, to ensure project success Strong background in working with international and cross-cultural teams Nice to Have: With Project Management Preferred With knowledge in Compliance.
