Bargain Basement Team Member Location: Scottsboro, AL 35768 Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bargain Basement Team Member to join our team in Scottsboro, AL. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bargain basement area, helping customers find great deals, and supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Organize, stock, and maintain merchandise displays in the bargain basement area. Ensure the bargain basement is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and tagging new items. Provide product information and answer customer questions.

Support the team with general store duties as needed. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. Work Schedule Flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
