Job Title: Hotel Line Cook Location: Blennerhassett Hotel and Spa 320 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and efficient Line Cook to join our hotel restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Required Skills

& Qualifications: Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Efficient and responsive in a high-pressure kitchen setting. Previous line cook experience preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to multitask and work as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent.
