Growth Associate

Role Overview We are seeking a smart, highly numerate, and fast-learning Growth Associate to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will blend creative execution with sharp data analytics. You will own the creation of SEO-compliant articles, social media content, and ad copy, while rigorously tracking performance metrics to understand exactly what drives clicks, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Write engaging, high-quality SEO articles, social media content, and digital ad copy that captures attention and drives action. Data Tracking & Attribution: Monitor performance metrics (clicks, impressions, bounce rates, and conversions) across all channels to identify which content performs best and why. Experiment & Optimize: Constantly run A/B tests on headlines, ad copy, creative formats, and SEO keywords to maximize reach and conversion rates.

Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, numbers-based reports with actionable insights to help shape future growth and marketing strategies. Continuous Learning: Rapidly get up to speed on our industry, target audience, and digital marketing/analytics tools.

Qualifications

Strong comfort with numbers and data; you don’t just love creating, you love measuring its direct business impact. Fast Learner: Proven ability to absorb complex information quickly, keep up with digital trends, and master new analytics tools on the fly. Versatile Writing Skills: Exceptional written communication with the ability to switch between long-form SEO articles, punchy social posts, and high-converting ad copy.

Execution-Oriented: A self-starter who is resourceful, organized, and excited to ship campaigns and dive straight into the data. Tools (A Plus, but will train): Basic familiarity with Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, or SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
