Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Growth Associate to join our client's team. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective growth strategies Drive revenue growth through performance monitoring, tracking key metrics, and optimising KPIs Implement and execute sales strategies, including direct involvement in sales activities Support lead generation initiatives and conversion optimization efforts Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance to inform decision-making Maintain and manage CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance Prepare periodic reports on growth metrics, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to scale growth Requirements Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales (experience in Ed.
