Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify relevant solar, renewable energy, EPC, and government/PSU tenders from various portals and platforms. Regularly monitor GeM, CPPP, state e-tender portals, DISCOMs, and other tender platforms for new opportunities. Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, scope, timelines, and submission conditions.

Coordinate and prepare technical, commercial, and pre-qualification documents . Handle online bid submission and tender documentation within deadlines. Track tender status, corrigendums, pre-bid meetings, and results. Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and other internal teams for required bid inputs. Maintain an updated tender tracker and documentation database .

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, procurement, or a similar role. Experience in tender sourcing, bidding, and documentation is required. Strong preference for candidates with solar/renewable energy/EPC tendering experience . Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals will be an advantage. Good MS Excel, documentation, communication, follow-up, and deadline management skills .
