Job description

Omoda & Jaecoo brand is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. Omoda & Jaecoo operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute effectively to pricing, product, promotion and placement of Chery Aftersales Services to increase service retention with profitable growth. Develop marketing campaign strategies with budget setting and monitoring of campaign performance focusing on the return of investment from marketing activities in line with Aftersales Brand Strategy.

Development and management of Additional services, products and strategies to increase service retention and profitability. Considering spare parts, maintenance and after-sales ownership costs, repricing is made according to the brand's Aftersales strategy and shared with the relevant departments. (Spare parts, fleet sales, etc.)

Lead marketing & pricing & sales development of accessories parts for Chery Turkey. Manages dealer orders and logistic operations of Accessories. To ensure reaching targets of accessory parts sales to dealers. Manage and track improve local accessory suppliers & dealers. Generates and develops sales analysis and reports to Aftersales Senior manager periodically to increase sales volumes.

Arranges General and On-the-job training programs for the dealers to carry out Accessory Operations properly related to the utilization of Chery Policies and Procedures. Creating Accessory Catalogues and updates depend on necessities. Provides and follows an efficient accessory rotation rate, profitability, and the optimum accessory stock level.

Support and manage customer complaints, warranty, and quality of accessories. Analyzing and reporting all related businesses.

Qualifications

University Graduate (Industrial engineering or Automotive engineering are preferred) At least 3 years’ work experience in Automotive Business in relevant areas. Good command of English language Good command of Microsoft Office Programs and dealer management systems. B class driver’s license No travel restrictions No military obligation for men candidates Ability to think analytically Advanced communication skills
