Overview
A global medical technology company is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its Japan organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and business growth through the planning and execution of HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The position combines strategic HRBP responsibilities with hands-on involvement in core HR areas such as recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement, working in close collaboration with both local and global stakeholders.
Requirements
Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational and people-related challenges Plan and implement HR initiatives across recruitment, talent management, training, and engagement Support hiring activities in collaboration with managers and stakeholders Provide guidance on employee relations and labor-related matters in line with Japanese regulations Drive and improve HR policies, processes, and systems Lead or contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives, including cross-functional and global programs Required Experience 5+ years of HR experience (e.
