Customer Support Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Executive based in India. As a Customer Support Executive specializing in Part Truckload (PTL) operations, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth logistics coordination and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will support end-to-end shipment operations, helping coordinate transporters, clients, dispatch schedules, and cargo movements.

Your role

will involve managing customer queries and escalations, monitoring delivery progress, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. You will also contribute to accurate management reporting and operational performance tracking through regular MIS updates and data analysis. Working closely with internal operations teams and external partners, you will help improve service quality, optimize processes, and maintain efficient logistics operations.
