• FULL TIME HTM Contractors, Inc. | Honolulu, Hawai?i BUILD YOUR FUTURE WITH HTM GROUP Join HTM Contractors, Inc. as an Operations Coordinator supporting our construction and site service divisions. This position helps coordinate customers, crews, drivers, equipment, scheduling, and daily field operations for Roll-Off, Junk Removal, Demolition, Excavation, and Infrastructure services. We're looking for a dependable, organized individual who enjoys solving problems, communicating with customers, and keeping multiple projects and operational activities moving efficiently. WORK SCHEDULE Monday�Friday, 7am-4pm KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries and messages. Assist customers with scheduling services and understanding next steps. Gather job details, site information, photographs, and required documentation. Create and update customer accounts, jobs, and work orders. Schedule estimates, site visits, deliveries, removals, exchanges, and services. Dispatch drivers, field crews, trucks, dumpsters, trailers, and equipment. Maintain accurate schedules and calendars. Coordinate dumpster rentals, pickups, exchanges, and relocations. Confirm work locations, access instructions, timing, and special requirements. Track job progress and provide updates to customers and operations teams. Update customer and project records in CRM and ERP systems. Prepare paperwork, job tickets, and completion documentation. Collect job records required for billing. Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs). Support scheduling and coordination of demolition, excavation, infrastructure, crushing, hauling, crane, and equipment services. Communicate schedule changes and operational updates. Assist office and operations teams with daily administrative coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS

& EXPERIENCE Previous experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or office support. Strong communication skills and professional customer service. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Experience with CRM, scheduling, or business software preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn. Experience in construction, trucking, equipment, or related operations helpful but not required.

COMPENSATION
