1st shift CNC & Automation Technician

Are you an experienced CNC setup professional who thrives on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and keeping production running at peak performance? A.J. Rose Manufacturing is looking for a hands-on CNC & Automation Technician to support our CNC lathes, spinning machines, and automation systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Set up CNC lathes and spinning machines for production. Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues. Perform tooling changes, repairs, and machine adjustments. Verify part quality using precision measuring equipment. Support and train operators on machine operation and troubleshooting. Maintain automation systems, work holding, and tooling.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of CNC lathe setup experience Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar controls. Ability to make offsets, minor program edits, and machine adjustments. Skilled with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and inspection equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and communication skills.
