Senior UX/UI Designer

Senior UX/UI Designer We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design and development of our digital products and brand identity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of creating intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision and brand language, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features and new initiatives, from initial research and ideation to final high-fidelity mockups and hand-off to engineering. Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable design solutions.

Develop comprehensive design systems and UI kits to ensure consistency and efficiency across all our products and marketing materials. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the technical feasibility of designs. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and helping them grow their skills.

Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions and advocating for the user. Design and maintain high-quality brand assets , including online and offline marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive brand identity. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design across web and mobile platforms. Expertise in a variety of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Demonstrated experience in leading user research efforts and translating data into design improvements.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems. A solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and brand identity. High proficiency in design tools and experience creating marketing and application materials.
