Onboarding Specialist

Position Overview

The KYC/KYB Onboarding Specialist plays a vital role in facilitating the onboarding of both partners and clients—individual and corporate—ensuring all due diligence, risk management, and compliance checks are thoroughly completed in line with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Global Onboarding Specialist | Key Responsibilities: ● Facilitate the onboarding process for both individual and corporate clients using international remittance services.

● Collect, review, and verify customer documentation required for account registration and service activation. ● Perform customer due diligence and conduct screening against sanctions lists and escalate potential matches as needed. ● Follow up on account approval status and conduct welcome tutorials to guide new clients on how to use the services effectively.

● Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Legal, Customer Support) and external parties to ensure smooth onboarding and problem resolution. ● Maintain accurate and complete documentation for audits, reviews, and compliance reporting. ● Stay up to date with local and international regulatory changes affecting KYC/KYB and AML practices.

● Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly reports covering onboarding activity, customer status, and transaction monitoring metrics.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Compliance, or a related field. ● Experience in KYC/KYB, AML, or customer due diligence is a plus, especially in fintech or international payments. (Background in crypto or digital assets will be a plus.) ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to clearly explain complex compliance processes.

● Fluent in Thai, English, and Chinese with the ability to communicate professionally across language barriers. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment. ● Fast learner with a proactive attitude and adaptability ● Able to work in shifts as assigned by the company
