What You'll Do

As our Weekend RN Supervisor, you'll be the leader your team can count on—supporting staff, guiding resident care, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly. You'll: Lead and support nursing staff during your weekend shift. Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care. Respond to clinical situations and provide guidance when needed.

Communicate with physicians, families, and the Director of Nursing. Oversee staffing, medication administration, and regulatory compliance. Foster a positive, team-focused environment where everyone can succeed. We're Looking For Current North Carolina RN license. At least 2 years of nursing experience. Previous long-term care or geriatric experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A compassionate nurse who enjoys mentoring others and making a difference. Why WhiteStone?
