Sales Executive

Responsible for Projects daily commercial and operational execution of the Projects Department. File and maintain accurate freight and service rates on the TMS. Prepare and submit daily spot quotations to clients in line with company pricing policy. Coordinate with Medlog on on-carriage shipment arrangements to ensure timely execution.

Coordinate with Ports of Loading (POLs) to track shipment readiness, documentation, and loading schedules. Report daily commercial activities and shipment status updates. Assist in preparing bids and quotations . Support contract review and ensure adherence to client SLAs at the operational level. Liaise with POL’s , counterparts in other divsions internally to resolve day-to-day operational issues.

Escalate risks, delays, or discrepancies to the Projects Manager in a timely manner.
