Support and Guide Team Members: Assist with the training, coordination, and daily oversight of Life Enrichment team members to ensure consistent, high-quality programming. Track Resident Engagement: Maintain activity attendance, participation records, and progress notes while communicating changes in Resident interests, abilities, and social engagement.
Create a Welcoming Environment: Maintain attractive activity spaces, bulletin boards, seasonal decorations, calendars, and program displays throughout both neighborhoods. Capture Special Moments: Support Resident photography, newsletters, family communications, and community marketing initiatives while respecting Resident privacy preferences.
